From the moment I tried the mozzarella sticks at Maggiano’s Little Italy, I was hooked. It was so crispy and filling, I didn’t need to order anything past the appetizers. Gradually, I tried various items from their dinner menu. My favorites include the jumbo lump crab cakes, Italian sausage flatbread, and the fettuccini alfredo pasta. I also LOVE their frozen peach bellini. It was truly love at first sip. I loved it so much, I went through a phase of buying tons of peaches from the local farmer’s markets to make it at home.
When I got the opportunity to try Maggiano’s Little Italy’s brunch menu, I couldn’t turn it down.
Maggiano’s Crispy Chicken & Waffles
Since the buttermilk pancakes I intended to order weren’t available, I opted for the crispy chicken and waffles. I received 4 pieces of crispy chicken stacked on Belgian waffles with whipped cream and strawberries on the side. I tried both the regular maple syrup and the spicy maple syrup and both were delicious.
For dessert, I enjoyed their vanilla bean ice cream.
I enjoyed my dining experience at Maggiano’s Little Italy in Columbia. The service was great. Keep in mind, this location doesn’t have wifi. Come to think of it, most of the locations I’ve visited in the DMV area doesn’t have wifi. Outside of the nonexistent wifi, I enjoy dining at this location. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable.
Check out Maggiano’s Little Italy online and see if they’re located in your area.
Have you ever dined at Maggiano’s? What would you order from their brunch menu?
